Preregister for Your Delivery at Baptist Hospital of Miami

Dr. Limousin delivers at Baptist Hospital of Miami. Preregister with the hospital by your 34th week of pregnancy, so the paperwork is done before you arrive in labor.

Baptist Health calls this maternity preregistration.

  1. Open the Baptist Hospital maternity preregistration form (opens the Baptist Health website).
  2. Have your insurance information and your emergency contact details ready.
  3. Fill out all of the information and submit it.

Please finish by your 34th week of pregnancy. If you have questions or would rather register by phone, call the Baptist Hospital Maternity Pre-Admissions Coordinator at 786-596-6040.

Childbirth classes

Baptist Hospital offers childbirth preparation and parenting classes for expecting parents, and your partner is welcome to come with you. Classes fill up quickly, so sign up early. To register, call 786-596-5180 or see the Baptist Health classes page.
